Elon Musk has agreed to buy the US-based social media platform Twitter for $44 billion.

Elon Musk has agreed to buy Twitter, the social media platform used by millions of users and state leaders, for $ 44 billion. In the statement made by Twitter, it was reported that the agreement was reached to sell the company to Musk for $ 54.2 per share. After the completion of the transaction, Twitter will become a private company.
