
As Russian forces advance to Ukraine’s capital Kiev, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he is on duty.
With reports of Russian forces advancing into Kiev, the Russian military has disabled Ukraine’s air defense system and is advancing rapidly across the country. Experts say that Kiev can be seized in a short time under these conditions.
Continuing their advance, Russian troops captured the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, 130 kilometers from the capital, which still contains a high level of radioactivity. According to CNN footage, control of Hostomel Airport outside of Kiev seems to have passed to Russian forces.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he will continue to stay in Kiev.
